Still Working!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Behind with the Laundry and Living Off Chocolate: Life Changing Strategies for Busy Women (Paperback)
Unlike previous self help books this one is not gathering dust in a dark corner of my home. I've been using frequently since I bought it. The tone is friendly, the content practical and worthwhile. Some of the tips take a while to impliment, some you can work through in 15min. The cd really helps the messages sink in, its a little boost when you haven't time to digest the book. Glad I bought this one!

Behind with the laundry and living off chocolate,
This review is from: Behind with the Laundry and Living Off Chocolate: Life Changing Strategies for Busy Women (Paperback)
After reading this book i felt refreshed and inspired. It was mostly common sense but very easy reading; it highlighted many things in life which we have to deal with on a day to day basis. Helping you to sort out your problems (or situations).I enjoyed reading other peoples problems you realise that you are not the only person in the world that's finding it hard to deal with life and by sharing their faults and seeing their outcomes, it gives you great confidences that you can also change. The chapters were just the right length and you could read a few in the matter of minutes and i found it very easy to digest. The CD i thought was great being able to listen to it in the car and on your personal CD player great for on the run. What a brilliant idea! After reading this book you will have a very positive aptitude, a must for one's book shelf.

How to manage your life in one easy lesson,
By Elaine Simpson-long (Colchester, UK) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (TOP 500 REVIEWER) (REAL NAME)

Life coaches can be viewed as 'new-age' slightly weird and wonderful people: I mean, what IS a life coach is a frequently asked question. If you want to know the answer then read this book. Life coaching is not rocket science - it is the application of common sense to organising your life and what you want to get out of it. You can use people who tell you how to organise your cupboards and drawers, house doctors who tell you how to decorate your house in order to sell, caterers who will come and cook a meal for your and your guests so why not use somebody who will help you organise your life? Makes good sense and this book is a practical, down to earth guide on how to do this. Broken up into straightforward chapters with clear headings to help everyone put their lives in order Lynette's book can be recommended. It even comes with a CD containing useful tips to play in the car or the walkman when you are making that stressful journey into work....what more could you want!
