The book describes key aspects to behavioural activation and is a must have for the practising clinician, trainee and trainer alike. Easy to read and difficult to put down, the book is excellent and is recommended for most IAPT training courses in England.

This book was recommended by my university lecturer.
It is useful when thinking about behavioural activation and how you would apply this method in therapy.

Having read about Behavioural activation I can only assume that Occupational therapists will now become busier than ever. Excellent book, excellent idea but honestly OT's have been doing this since world war I, by engaging veterans in basket weaving to aid their rehabilitation and to help with their recovery from depression.
