Format:Audio CD
When you see the words Salsa Compilation Box-set it's usually a signal to run a mile; you know it'll be a load of randomly-selected and poorly-mastered Latin stuff that you've seen on every other similarly titled multi-CD package. Thankfully that is definitely NOT the case with this top quality Salsa collection in Nascente's Beginner's Guide series.
Here you get quality recordings, excellent and concise sleeve notes and, despite the presence of some very well known Salsa acts such as the Palmieris and Celia Cruz, some intelligently chosen and interesting track selections. The whole thing has been put together by DJ Lubi and, to his credit, there isn't a duff track on it. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the other two Beginners Guide to Salsa compilations that came out before this one but this is definitely the best of the three. Highly recommended.

sorry not what i was looking for , should have asked instructer before ordering ,did not know there was differnt salsa , need to look for L.A SALSA.Service was as usual perfect from amazon
