Most inspiring book 18 Oct 2010
By Sue
Format:Hardcover
What a wonderful and inspiring book. I have been fusing glass for a few years but am always on the look out for some more inspiration. As it is so hard and lengthy to experiment with all the possibilities that glass has to offer in a kiln this book was a true find, offering new ideas that can be further developed to your own style.
Each project was covered very well with excellent photos. Basic kiln firing times were given for Bullseye and work was only done with Bullseye glass.
I felt that it would be harder to follow if you had no previous experience although if you have a kiln and a little experience you can 'jump right in' any project and develop it further.
An excellent book with great ideas don't be put off by the title 'beginners', if you have some fusing experience this is a great book to develop further.

A GOOD GUIDE 3 Dec 2010
By JHOPE
Format:Hardcover
This book had lots of useful technical information for a beginner and would probably inspire an improver. I would have liked more jewellery projects but the photographs clearly demonstrate the results of many techniches that could also be applied to smaller items like jewellery.
A very good book over all and well worth owning.
