Beethoven is my Savior of the day. Vladimir Ashkenazy is its Messenger. My joy of classical music never ends since I got the CDs promptly delivered.

The 14th, 'Moonlight', is sublime - the many rubatos and tantalisingly furious passages in the 3rd movement 'Presto Agitato' are just some of the features that makes this CD an unmissable bargain. A top performance from the keyboard master: Vladimir Ashkenazy.

Very familiar Beethoven Sonatas performed with panache, sensitivity and great skill.
Hard to better this album and very rewarding to listen to.
