This might be one of the worst films I ever saw in the cinema. It tries very hard to be deep, sexy and cutting edge but fails in all aspects.
The acting is very wooden, but even better actors would struggle to convincingly convey the ridiculously unauthentic dialogue that fills this screenplay. Basically it is people from Berlin (it's very important that it's Berlin, as everything from Berlin is cool, uber-chique and hip, you know?) babbling pretentious and shallow things about life and love.
The few explicit sex scenes (don't be fooled by the title or the attention-drawing "Basic Instinct minus subtelty" cover, it's basically two scenes) are contrived and out of place, but still the best parrts of the film, as the character's stop talking for once.
There is no proper plot whatsoever, a fact that I wouldn't condemn for itself, but in this case the cineastic experiment just didn't work.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this film.
