The Food Doctor is still one of my favourite books, and one that we all refer to frequently. I ordered this new one a month ago and had forgotten about it until it arrived, and having suffered from insomnia for ever, I read with interest the nutritional solution to it. I have started to change my diet accordingly and have been delighted with the results. Not a full nights sleep yet, but certainly I feel more rested when I wake up.
I havent started reading the sex section yet but if I get the same success with that as with sleep, then we will all be very happy!

I bought this book hoping that it would contain informationa and helpful advices for improving sleep quality and tips to enhance sexual libido. I was very excited about the book because it had good reviews and I have two other books by Ian Marber. However, I was very, very, very disappointed with this book. It talks briefly about foods and herbs that will help with sleep and/or libido, but it does not go deep into the subject os sleep or libido. It basically gives you a list of foods and a dull list of a couple of herbs to help with yor libido. This book is basically a repetition of his previous books... nice pics and recipes but not with enough information or discussion.
I found it useless and boring.

I saw this on GMTV and had to get it. Its really beautiful to look at, but the advice is easy to read and very sensible. I like the sexy weekend plan, and the sleepy one looks restful too. I like it a lot, and so far it makes wonderful bedtime reading!

So far I have loved all 4 of the Food Doctor books I have purchased.
As usual it is well put together, easy to read and understand.
Lots of information to help boost the libido and and I really enjoyed the what no to eat before sleep.
