I bought this book along with 'How to orgasm in 5 minutes every time you make love' in order to try to learn about what my problems were. This book is extremely "wordy" and is not an easy read. It begins with a questionnaire which lets you explore where your problems may lie - if not physical ones. It then continues with a step by step plan which aims to make you comfortable with your own body. This may be useful for many women, however, if you are already comfortable with yourself you may skip some of the pages. The book also gives ideas on how to get in the mood for sex, but it assumes that the reader is unknowledgable or inexperienced. Although I found it helpful to go back to basics with this book, I found that it would have been a more helpful school textbook more than anything else. If your problem stems from a mental origin, or you aren't confident about sex or yourself then this is a useful book. However, the other 5 minutes book is an easier very quick read which made me feel a lot better about myself and my problem and also gave practical simple advice. Neither book worked miracles in allowing me to experience an orgasm, but mentally I feel a lot happier after having read both.
