It was a cute movie, perfect for a girls' night in or a rainy afternoon. Mandy Moore was adorable. She was the main reason why I bought this movie and I'm glad that I did.
I loved Millie's love interest, Johnny. He was hot and slightly different from the normal chick flick hero. I don't want to say how he was different because it might spoil the film a little.
I also enjoyed the interaction between the female characters. It was nice to see such a strong bond between mother and daughters.
I really recommend this movie if you're looking for something light and fluffy to watch.

Rented this title for a change after watching one too many tough movies of late so I just wanted something for me to relax. Plot is the mother of three daughters wants her youngest to find love after the other two are now happily married. After a string of bad relationships, the mother puts her daughter on a internet dating site to find two suitable guys for her daughter but which one will be the one for her? Okay, it's a prejectable plot as you know instanly who the daughter will go for but it's rom-coms and that's how they work to entertain people. Problems are Diane Keaton, so annoying and whiny just like Something's Gotta Give but worse. Mandy Moore is a pretty poor actress, after a while she can also be annoying. Lauren Graham and Piper Perbo are pushed aside, used when they are needed and not giving proper pefomances. Gabriel Macht is a very good looking guy, I liked his character and thought he was the best one out of the lot while the other guy was a slime ball. So it's entertainting if you igorne Keaton's voice, Moore's bad acting and the prejectable plot that's thrown in your face very quickly in the movie.

I was hesitant about purchasing this dvd after reading so many disastrous reviews, but against all odds the film overturned all my pre-conceptions and was a total hit! I must admitt I am a fan of Mandy Moore - which is why I purchased it despite the critical reviews. Mandy Moore is Flawless in this movie. I have yet to see a teen singer who has acting skills to match their vocal ability. The film was funny, witty, entertaining and romantic! If you are a definite romance movie lover who believes in true love you will adore this movie. It has various one-liners which define the true entity of what love is all about - It gets you thinking - makes you relate to the characters and understand their framework of thinking on a three dimensional level. Mandy Moore was Fanastic - Beautiful, adequately dramatical and sweet! A definite Must Watch Movie for all Rom Com lover! Daniel S

Very real film,.
