Having waited several weeks for my order of six flowers they eventually arrived way after the expected due date. The long delivery time is because they are sent by post from China and no tracking was available, well none that worked.
The goods were packed in a thin padded envelope, each pair of flowers being wrapped in some flimsy foam. The result was that each and every flower was broken into several pieces, the plastic blister pack around each one squashed. I hate waste and it was a shame to see that the goods had been packed to badly, I would suggest a cardboard box is required
I then started several days of trying to negotiate a refund from the company. They asked for a photo (fair enough), I asked them if they wanted to arrange a collection of the goods (no reply). One Friday they sent a message saying that as it was the weekend they would look at my refund the next Monday. Several of their messages asked that I give them a high rating in a review.
I decided that I wasn't getting anywhere talking with them and started a claim through Amazon. I then received a message from the company saying that if I withdrew my claim and gave them a good star rating they would then give me a refund (I didn't)
My refund has now arrived but I don't wish to deal with this company again. Other Amazon reviews mention goods arriving damaged so I'm not alone, and the company must be aware that their packaging is inadequate in some instances
But it was the suggestion that I give them a good review if I wanted a refund that made me determined to write this review, that is not the way a company should operate, be warned
I cannot vouch for the quality of the flowers as like real flowers they don't seem to like being squashed!
