Product Description
The third international album is to be released following 'Sometimes I Dream' and 'Follow Your Heart'. Your favorite singer will present an album that is mainly for the international market. Judging from the creators of the songs the album will be the most important international album where Frangoulis sings in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
The preparation took more than three years, with recordings in USA, Greece, Russia and Britain. The cd will face the market in early December titled 'Beautiful Things'.
Stephan Moccio (Celine Dion, Josh Groban, Sarah Brightman), David Foster (composer and producer of Madonna, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Michael Buble), Francesco Sartori (Andrea Boccelli) and other distinguished composers and songwriters from around the world wrote the songs.
In 'Beautiful things' participate: The famous actress and singer Vanessa Williams, known by the song from the movie Pocahontas and the participation in the successful television series Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives. Lyric singer, Vittorio Grigolo participates in a song dedicated to Maria Callas.
Alkistis cantor in a Spanish-language song.

I enjoyed this new album very much! Mario has been singing for quite sometime and worked with many great singers/song writers such as Steve Balsamo! I have followed both of them for several years and found them more inspiring as time goes by. They "live" in their music and poor it out to those listening! I am never satisfied. I always want more! I highly recommend this album for its clarity and power. You will want to check out his other earlier albums also. Enjoy!

This is a wonderful album, my favourite so far of Mario Frangoulis's work. He has the most beautiful voice and the choice of tracks on this album is fantastic. What I don't understand is why Amazon do not have it for sale themselves. I had to order it from a Greek seller who was very helpful and quick to deliver, but still, it would be more convenient (and no doubt cheaper) if Amazon offered it for sale.

Romantics, You will love this record

I have all of Mario Frangoulis' records and love them all. In 2005 I attended two of
his concerts in Athens,Greece, "Music of the Night" This cocert wa awesome and lasted 2 nights.I met Mario personally and he entertained us royally since we came so far,actually from California.From then on we became friends and he is very unique.
Who meets and greets every fan after the concerts ans stays for hours to make sure he speaks and gives a hug to all.
To get back to "Beautiful Things" the name of his first song.He sung this song and danced with a little girl at the opening of the Special Olympics in Greece.It was a lovely scene.The song is delightful.The songs The Face,IBelieve in You,Time for Me and Kiss on the Wind will add strong feelings listening together with your loved one
The duets are fantastic especially Maria with the talented Vittorio Grigolo.I was awed at the blending of their voices and had to listen to it several times. and so will you.You will also adore Alkistis Protopsalti in the Spanish song Rojo Vioioento
She is a frolicking special star.Together they had a whole concert this past summer.

Am I biased in favor of Mario Frangoulis? You bet I am.I would be happier if he could entertain us more frequently in America.After you enjoy this CD I'm certain you will want to hear more of Mario and will purchase the rest of the goodies.

There are two types of addictions, the good one and the bad one. If you're wondering what this album would be like, well, don't wonder, and just buy it and I promise you, you will be on your way to cloud nine! The second you listen to this album, this will become the best addiction in your life you ever had - Forget chocolate - you'll surrender with too "much guilty pleasure" you won't know what to do with. You'll simply fall in love with his voice and this man and be ready to spoil your ears for the rest of your life. You'll become classical voice snob forever - and no one will ever be good enough for you. And, if you ever have the opportunity to go see him in concerts, you should, and that, I'll promise, you'll be blown away by not only his amazing voice, but by the humble, kind, and yes, gorgeous man he is to his fans. Spoil yourself, spoil your friends! Buy the album, in fact, buy every one of Mario's work! I guarantee it'll be the best money you ever spent! Great new album!

Mario's fans have been waiting quite a while for his new international album. He worked with Steve Wood as he did on the album Sometimes I Dream. Beautiful Things is a bit more pop than Sometimes I Dream but still holds true to the classical crossover genre. Mario's voice is dynamic but with a mellow flavor that soothes the soul. Mario is fluent in five languages. On this album he sings in English, Italian, Spanish and French. You will be mesmerized by him!
