A book full of tasty and even unique recipes. The photos are marvelous which makes it a great book to just browse through. I found it very complete with recipes for all occasions and time-limits.

I bought this because a friend of mine has one and I just love the recipes. It's Australian so some of the ingredients are listed differently than an American would list them (i.e. for Copha I used coconut oil) but the recipes are delicious and nicely different. Everything I have made or tasted so far has been delicious. I have a lot of cookbooks and this will be one I use a lot.
