4.0 out of 5 stars Some good suggestions 22 May 2014

The suggestions in this book are good, and they can help anyone reduce one's sugar consumption. The authors do seem somewhat fanatical at times about sugar, but in all fairness they don't suggest anyone go cold turkey unless it would be for health reasons. Perhaps the greatest merit of the book is making us aware of massive sugar consumption and its health hazards. It also helps us identify the almost limitless number of products that contain sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Try it if you want some good tips.
