There I was at the book store about to get on a plane to Brazil and there it was, Ms Taylor's third book! Having read the previous two I at least I knew that there was no way I would be disappointed. I guess I wasn't expecting this book to be so absolutely excellent that I hardly put it down on the flight and staggered off the next day feeling very bleary eyed! I do not know what it is about BATB that makes it so brilliant. But it is absolutely the best read I have had this year. And I would go as far as to say that I am a book worm and get through at least four books a week! I think that I would really like to know the author. She sounds like she must be an absolute scream! The book is cleverly written full of comedy and fantastic one liners. The main character is so likeable that you are so much on her side all the way through the book. The great thing about Ms Taylor's writing is the fact that the people in her books are normal. They are not super rich or super famous. In BATB I could really relate to the characters and the situations, it was all so believable and the book just flows so easily from one very lifelike drama into another that before you know where you are....you are in Brazil! Great, brilliant and inspired! Let us have some more Ms Taylor!
