What a fantastic book! This book is not about dieting in the way of losing weight, more a sensible nutritious approach to eating and to being in synch with your own body. Obviously a sensible eating plan is going to help with weight loss, but I bought this book primarily to try to find out about hormones and changes associated with the peri-menopause and I was not disappointed! So whether you are dieting or just trying to make sense of the hormones flying around your body or seeking answers about nutrition, I can tell you this is definitely the book for you. It has it all. I have learn't so much from this 'read'. I really do recommend it. More from Monica please!
