This is a great book for... beating the bloat. (ahem) First, it explains what bloat is, i.e:
- NOT fat
- result of gas accumulation or liquids retention
- localised in the stomach area or various other
- caused by wheat or dairy intolerance, stress etc

You get a test questionnaire to begin homing in on what your particulars are wrt to bloating, then you are given the plans, which are pretty good and effective.

Overall, the best book on bloating I have come across, and I do like to read a lot about healthy eating. I am completely surprised by the other reviewer's cryptic and unqualified review which unfairly distorts this books phenomenic value.

Very pratical and consturctive book with loads of hints and tips on sorting out that bloating. I had this book from my local libuary and just had to have my own copy for reference.
The adivce may not be recent but is not of the type that can date, you can add the changes into your everyday practices without totally reorganising your life.

Good meal planner. If you follow it through for two week you will notice a difference. However don't expect it to change anything
