I'm a relative newcomer to the sport of body sculpting; but in the past year I have tried other fat-burners and found I didn't experience the appetite suppression and energy-inducing bonus benefits that I get with Amphetalean. My exercise (cardio) endurance was enhanced significantly as was my ability to focus on those "fuzzy" days that women have to endure once a month. I'm a skeptic about most supplements, but this one delivered as promised! I actually lost more weight than intended, so use with caution.

I prefer taking this supplement before weight training instead of cardio. It gives a nice kick of energy without making you wired. Most importantly it gives you great focus through out your workout.
