My Mum had the old edition in the 1960s-70s and it was fab. It fell to bits through constant use. This new edition is not the same! The photos are all modern, replacing the delightful 'print' look pictures. The honey-nut boats are nowhere to be seen - OK they were the sickliest thing ever, but they were fascinating! What is more, total sacrilege, the recipe for melting moments has changed! The quantities of ingredients were engraved on my memory as a teenager, when I used to make those delicious biscuits every Friday night.
Sad that your sellers are charging ludicrous prices for the original edition.

Received the Be-ro book within a few days of ordering and delighted with it. Reminded me of my mums original brown book and glad to see the recipes that I had lost were still there. Having great fun using it. Well Done...
