Hello, I'm the editor for Greer Childer's book, BE A LOSER! I acquired this book for Times Books because I tried the program and it worked for me--after three weeks, I fit back into my wedding dress (which I couldn't even zip up after two pregnancies) for my l0th anniversary even though I hadn't lost any weight. A year later, I'm still doing the program--l5 minutes in the morning most days of the week--and loving it. (Amazingly, I still can't get my kids to leave me alone when I'm in the bathroom, but they back off when I tell them, "Mommy's going to do her breathing.") What I most enjoy about Greer's program, however, is that it's a great stress reducer; all that deep breathing is very energizing. She's also very smart about encouraging women to focus not on the scale--think inch loss, not pounds--but on toning and vibrancy. I bought this book after hearing from friends how good it was....Ive tried everything but with arthritus its been difficult to find exercises that I *can* do and that I *want* to keep doing....this is perfect..although when I first started I could barely get down onto the floor to do them and getting back up was another story....Now after 6 days Ive lost 9" and I can get up off the floor much more easily, I've got more stamina and Im excited!!..I've found the one that does work....and 15 minutes a day? we can all spare that for ourselves can't we?

I have been doing Greer's program for over a year. I was skeptical when ordering the book and the tapes, and thought I would end up returning them. I never thought I would get the results I did! I lost over 30 inches and 23 pounds in the first few months. I also lost 3 dress sizes. Before Bodyflex I was killing myself EVERY day for an hour on a stairmaster. Now I do Bodyflex to maintain my weight loss and when I do other excercises it is for fun. I do not follow her eating plan. All I do is breath every day. This is the best book I have ever read. Greer has changed my life!!! 5 Stars isn't enough!

For most of my life I was thin as a rail. (The only time I weighed over 100 lbs was when I was pregnant.) Until I hit 45. I didn't mind the pounds so much as where they decided to locate---right around my mid-section! I had tried to exercise, but never stuck with it because I never saw any results. That is until I read Greer Childers' book. I'm only 2 1/2 weeks into the program and already I've lost 10 1/2 inches! I can hardly wait to get back into some of my favorite clothes that had gotten too tight. This program is great! It isn't hard to do & with "measurable" results in such short order, I know I'll stick with it! Try it, you'll be glad you did.

One week/ one size smaller! WOW!!!!
