About the Author

About the author: Monica Sheehan knows a good deal about living. She has illustrated 12 books and is co-author of 50 Reasons Not to Go Home For the Holidays and The Breakup Book.

The drawings are lovely and the points are short and to the point. It's in general a small feel good little book. Good advice for anyone.

A wonderful book with many reminders that you should always have in your life because it's quite easy to forget them with all the hustle and bustle of everyday living. Should definitely read at least one page a day and always keep it nearby.

This is such a little jem. I love this book, it's so straight forward. It packs a LOT of great words of wisdom and life reminders in a small space. It's a great book to open when you are feeling down or just need a little lift in your spirits. I have given this as a gift many times and had great results. A good buy.

Some would say this does not count as a book, but these would be people who are not very happy.

A small book with an idea on every page to be happy. It's one of my favorite happiness books.
