Bought to house a Panasonic TZ8 camera.
It is a clamshell design, made of hard plastic in a rough weave synthetic fabric cover. The inside is a soft, felt-like material. On the inside in one half of the case is a half length mesh elasticated pocket, and on the other a velcroed elasticated strap.
On the outside, a double ended zip and a loop to take a aluminium caribiner so you could hook it to a belt.
The TZ8 is a compact camera but it fills the inside of this case. The advert suggests there is room for a spare battery. This is possible but means that you have to wiggle the camera and battery about so they both fit.
I've inadvertently tested mine by dropping it down some stairs with the camera in. It emerged unscathed, and so did the camera.
All inall, does what it says on the tin.
