Good price, good service BUT only three month warranty. I guess this is refelcted in the price. 12 MONTH WARRANTY ON A BRAND NEW ITEM SHOULD BE STANDARD. BEWARE and take this into account when buying this cheaper option. Fingers crossed I have no problems with the product post 3 months, like we've already had with teh DELL original battery. Will keep you posted.

Amazon Verified Purchase
This battery was returned 6 weeks after delivery. After 5 weeks my Win7 system on my Dell showed the battery as 'charging correctly but nearing the end of its servicable life' and it was almost dead a week later. Amazon, as usual displayed their excellent customer services and returns system. Overall I should have remembered; you get what you pay for but I did think it would have lasted a bit longer than 5 weeks.

TO tight a fit you almost have to damage your Laptop to get it in.
