I used these for my wedding and they were just the thing for lighting up the restaurant on the beach without the need for electricity supply. Great idea.

I have put these on a plant on the our landing. The lights are bright enough to go up and down stairs safely with out turning on all the lights - which obviously never get turned out. Batteries last for ages - still on first pair of AA.
If you are thinking on putting them on a mini tree a two foot christmas tree would be perfect. I've a 3ft black tree which they look good against but only cause it will be in a corner so only decorating front of tree. You will need a mini slot screwdriver

I bought these to hang on a wall decoration where there wasn't an electric socket. The lights are bright and work well with rechargeable batteries. A bit expensive for what they are though.
