I ordered this Batman Dark Knight for my son as a gift and it arrived on March 30, 2011, and I opened it and I see that that was a crack on the nose. I assumed that this crack was due to the merchant shipped via USPS Priority while other heavier packages were stacked on top of it as the box was crushed. When I see this I immediately called the merchant to see if they can replace just the mask, they said they would with no cost to me. As of today 5/19/2011, I still haven't received a replacement mask from them. The merchant shipped the custome on time but failed to replace the broken mask. I would give this merchant a C-.
