this isn't a great or memorable game. its short and the graphics are weak for ps1. the handling takes a while to wield - BUT for a few quid it is a great buy for anyone that enjoys batman or the 90's cartoon. It includes odd little clips from the show and it is pretty re-playable for the occasion and is pretty fun while it lasts if you can adapt to the handling and ignore the weak graphics.

Well, well, well, for those of you, no matter how many times you've loved playing the Dark Knight in the endless amount of games he's made, who have wanted to play as one of his deadly rogues. Well here's your chance. It's just a shame the controls are horrible and the graphics look like they've been drawn by your two year old kid cousin.
The controls are so bad that even if you try to go in a straight line, you go towards the sides of the road! Pop up is awful and there is hardly any light on the screen. Now I know Batman is supposed to live in a gloomy city but this is a joke. My one saving point from it being an all round turkey is that you don't have to just play as a hero but on Patrol mode you can play as one of sixteen villains as well! I always loved the character of the Joker so I play as him a lot. You get all the characters tradmeark weapons and gadgets for example Joker can launch an explosive punch glove, laughing gas grenades etc at his opponants. Sadly that's about it's only saving grace except that you also get cutscenes from the cartoons this is based on in Story mode as well. Want to be a Batman villain in 3D buy this then, just don't expect another 'Driver' coming from it.

yet another squandering of the dark knight's liscense with one of the laziest pieces of coding I've ever seen. pretend it's a megadrive game and you may have some fun with it, but you'll finish it within about an hour and never touch it again. buy at your own risk.
