I bought this as a gift for someone who has wanted one for a while. It is really good quality and a lot of thought has gone into it. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the expanding ends have nothing holding them into the caddy, they just come out if you pull them far enough. Obviously they need to move, but a small dowling or something would hold them into the caddy rather than them just coming away in your hands. Overall though, I was very pleased with this item.

The bath caddy is very useful - the book holder could do with some page holders however, as with a big book the pages tend to close.
The wine glass holders are ambiguous on the box picture - there appear to be two types, but I was assured by the sellers that they were identical and it was the picture on the box that was misleading.
The product arrived promptly and needed only minimal assembly.
Altogether a good purchase and the response from the sellers was admirably prompt and helpful.
