Book Description

24 Jan 2012 American Literature (Dalkey Archive)
Fire the Bastards! is a scorching attack on the book-review media. Using the critical reception of William Gaddis s The Recognitions, Green exposes inaccuracies, prejudices, and outright incompetence, and argues that reviewers are ill equipped to deal with innovative fiction.

Brilliant, terrific. A must for Gaddis fans, and any writers of criticism (including all you Amazon hacks)!

And after reading this book that's as much as I dare say.
