I am studying HNC Wildlife and Countryside management and this book is almost like a bible as it covers near enough everything we are researching.
It gives an easy explaination of the basics of natural environments and how they function. It give clear explainations on topics such as, Classification, Population Dynamics, earth sciences, global warming, soil formation, ecology and the main Biomes etc etc.
brilliant and a must book if your studying Ecology

Format:Paperback
Excellent and necessarily brief introduction to the subject by an experienced author. Full of facts and not ideology, presents both sides of the environmental case at times; will probably spur me on to read subject areas covered in greater depth elsewhere.
