There are directions for a pillbox hat in felt, cloth and buckram, followed by very general instructions for working in straw, and draping buckram. Unless your goal is a pillbox hat, this book will not really help you. Apart from the chart of needed measurements, the only other item of real interest to me was the possibilities of manipulating buckram.
