I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS BOOK, IF YOU ARE STARTING ARCHERY IT GIVES YOU ALL YOU NEED. IT IS A BASIC GUIDE TO ARCHERY, BUT PLENTY TO GET YOU GOING MORE THAN ENOUGH INFORMATION. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO GET READING AND THEN SHOOTING!!

I was disappointed with this book - it may serve as a basic guide for a complete beginner but no more than that. I was looking for more than this after only my first two club sessions with an experienced archer showing me the ropes. I passed it on to an 8 year old beginner; it may be suitable for them but as an adult I found it contains little more than you would find in a Wikipedia article.

This book is good for the price. Tells you most things that a beginner would want to know. Think I'd have prefered to pay a bit more for a more in depth book though. It would have be handy to know how to changed bow strings and make targets to make it a bit better.
