Another fantastic book I bought this for my step daughter, who has been married for a couple of years and is starting to do baking I thought this would be a nice little book to start her off on getting to know her freezer. And she finds herself always referring to it has everything in it easy to understand well worth the money, and she always has cakes in the freezer now thank you
