Wonderful Book for Baseball Historians and Grandchildren 23 Mar. 2014
By carol taylor - Published on
Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
I ordered 3 of these for my grandchildren, since they are avid baseball players and maybe future stars. This explains to them how baseball started and how it is the "great American Game".
It is beautifully and thoughtfully written and the illustrations are magnificent, especially the pull out pages in the back.
We loved the book and I learned a lot by reading it ahead of time and then rereading it to them.
