I have been using this lipstick for some years and YES it is dry, but it stays on ALLLLLL day and you will get so many people asking where you got it from.
I stopped telling people because they were always out of this colour when I needed more!
If you dab it on your lip rather than put it on in the convensional way it wont seem as bright

Not at all like the colour advertised! It doesn't have any red in it at all, its just a dark chocolate brown, YUK.

Does the job!
