I really enjoyed this series on video as a little girl, so I bought it straight away when I saw it on DVD. My young niece loved it too when I showed it to her last month. The stories are each five minutes long and fairly simple. Probably best for chidren aged six and under. Strangely underrated though. It's animated by the team who did The Snowman and voiced by Harry Enfield and Jan Ravens amongst others. I would just point out the picture of Barney dancing on the front of the DVD box is a bit odd. Really, the artwork is more like that that in The Snowman. Barney in the cartoon looks slightly different and cuddlier than the Barney on the box. Strange.
