Not heard this album in 20+ years. My vinyl version was flood damaged and I never got around to replacing it until just now. Some very powerful tracks right from No 1 "When the Earth Moves Again", through "Pretty as you Feel", "Law Man", "Third Week in the Chelsea" and the German number. Incredible how good the memory on the lyrics is. Cant remember what I had for breakfast but knew all these songs without falter. Supposedly a transition from Airplane through to Starship and it does miss Marty Balin's mellifluous tones (not adequately made up for by Papa John Screech). Awesome bass on "Feel so Good" (catch the live version on 30 Seconds over Winterland - even better). An album way ahead of its time.

OK so this might not compare to the classic Airplane albums of the 60s but it still is a damn good one, however I'm not going to pour over the music which no doubt anyone contemplating this purchase will know anyway. One thing for certain I will say is the sound is first class with this re-master.

What you might not be aware of is how much care has gone into the packaging of this album, from the insert, cover and the facsimile paper bag that the vinyl came in, even the CD looks like a mini LP. I would say that it has been done with the care of a Japanese release, and to cap it all the cellophane wrapper it comes in has a sticker saying that the release is strictly limited to 3000 copies worldwide. All I can say is get one before they're all gone!
