If you're interested in history, art, architecture, and culture, and want to know about any old church in Catalonia, this is the book for you.
If you're interested in visiting the local parks and the Pyrenees or if you're traveling with children look elsewhere -- little useful information for planning a trip.

Dana Facaros and Michael Pauls are easily the best travel writers in the business. Witty, funny, informative and utterly original, their books are absolutely the best in the market. I have lived in Catalunya for almost a decade and they have unearthed a wealth of weird and wonderful finds that I can't wait to go and discover for myself!

Arrived promptly & well packaged. A good overall guide to Barcelona & Catalonia - possibly wished for a bit more historical/ cultural detail....but then that's own interest when travelling somewhere. Otherwise reasonable price & happy with purchase. Plenty of map detail & suggestions for places to visit etc
