i bought this for my daughter who is at the start of key stage 1, she is was just starting to read with help but found the books at school boring! got this and thought i would end up reading it to her.....how wrong was i??? would recomend this to any mothers of 5yr olds who love reading and barbie, it is a must!!!

My daughter has enjoyed reading these stories. She is just six and can confidently cope reading these Level two books on her own. She even fills in the gaps from watching the dvds; the stories are heavily abridged and she reads the simple text and then fills me in on the bits the story has missed out. She has loved reading these stories and looking at the colourful pictures. Any child who enjoys Barbie's dvds will enjoy these simple versions to read.

Bought this as a stocking filler for my 6 year old daughter who loves Barbie. She has seen all the films in the book repeatedly and I think she will enjoy reading them just as much. Beautiful full colour pages with a small paragragh of writing on each page.
