Horrible 27 Jun 2006
By Kevin R. Stacey - Published on Amazon.com
I own quite a few barbecue books and I check-out and read many from my local library as well. This book was given to me as a gift from someone and I sat down with it for about 20 minutes, after which I threw it away. Their "tips" are falsehoods and sometimes just completely wrong, "lower the grate and sear the meat to seal it...". You can't seal meat. The layout of the book is cumbersome, and the suggestions and most of the recipes are misrepresented as "easy-to-do". Pass this one over!
