The book describes each breed including where they came from the colour variations and their particular conformation traits which make them particular to the breed. Each section is complemented with detailed photographs for the various colours and different sexes. Along side the photographes is the owners name and location. This is realy helpful as the reader is able to tell if breeders live near to them. Unfortunelty there are no telephone numbers or addresses of associations or societies so the reader would need to make furher enquires if they wanted some bantams of their own. Thanks to the book my dad now wants to rekindle a childhood hobby and purchase some whitecrested poland bantams. Thanks Michael for an interesting insight to a new hobby.
