This game guide, at first glance, looks like it knows what its talking about. From maps giving you locations on Jinjos and Jiggies to hints and tips on how to beat the challenges, this guide looks to be well put together. Once you actually start using it to help you play the game however, you soon start noticing problems.

The maps never show directions consistantly (i.e. North on top, South on bottom) nor do they have the compass points marked out which makes getting your bearings and following their directions very difficult. Often the tips given point you in the incorrect direction (telling you to go South when the obvious path is to the West).

As for strategic images, all images that are not main-area maps are very tiny, no more than 2 inches wide, and 1 inch tall. This is not the only flaw with these images however. At least 75% of these images are taken at in-game night, with no visible 'markers' to help you.

To be fair, there is an achievement list in this guide but it's just a list and does not give any hints or tips for the more-difficult achievements. Also with there being so many collectables in the game, such as musical notes, logically it would have made sense for there to be a walkthrough or guide detailing the locations of the notes in each level. That's what a walkthrough is supposed to do. This is what anyone buying this guide would expect ~ a guide to 100% completion of all aspects of the game. Instead, the only thing that is mentioned about the musical notes in each stage is how many there are and what colours they are.

Anyone who has purchased and/or played the game will know that building stronger, faster, and more durable vehicles whether they be for land, air, or sea knows that good vehicle building is a requirement of the game; especially at the beginning of the game, when the player has hardly any vehicle parts and is trying to get the first few jiggies. However, the guide does not cater for people who are just starting the game, and a lot of the strategies listed in the first 25% of the walkthrough of the guide were obviously not tested for this fact, as many of the tips give misleading, or absolutely incorrect information.

The author of this guide has very clearly not replayed through the game using her own tips and strategies; which every guide-writer should do, to make sure information that they are dispensing is correct, accurate and easy to understand.

Whilst this guide does indeed contain alot of information, anyone who really does need help with a difficult or troublesome part of the game will NOT find help within this guide and would be better off searching on free websites such as [] and asking for help from other gamers who have completed the game 100%, and can give quick advice when needed rather than consult this guide, which more often than not, hinders rather than helps.
