3.0 out of 5 stars 7ft bamboo canes 17 April 2012

Good value for money. However I bought them to make a frame using Bamboo Cane Flexible Ball Connectors and found that one end of the cane was too big and the other too small.

4.0 out of 5 stars They are sticks 3 July 2012
By Ant

What can I say? They are sticks. They don't feature the latest technology, because they are sticks. There is no free air time. They will not make you look cool. This is a bunch of sticks. Exactly as described. Good long, strong bamboo sticks. If you want something to show off, don't buy this. If you want something for your runner beans to climb up, great, get this.

Very pleased with the quality of these canes. All are very straight and at 7' are a good height for garden or easy to cut to length. Delivered quickly albeit to our next door neighbour!

2.0 out of 5 stars Bamboo canes 22 Jun 2013
Verified Purchase
We brought these canes as the listing said that they were thicker canes so we thought they would be ideal for our runner beans. We were disappointed that half of the canes were not any thicker than normal canes and in fact a few were very fine/thin.

4.0 out of 5 stars Bamboozled 29 Jun 2012
By Tracy
Verified Purchase
I bought these canes to secure some wayward garden bushes that had got too top heavy. They arrived quickly, were in good order (not split or bent). They were thicker than average and one end was bigger than the other which was great. As they were so robust we didn't need to use as many. My Grandkids now want to make a tipee in the garden with some of the spares!

Great for the garden. As you would expect ( or perhaps not) they are thicker at one end than the other by quite a bit.

Did not match diameter claimed & certainly not 'extra thick'.
Most were very tapered rather than consistent. Read more
