This is a rather thin book which does not go into much detail. The section about Lombok is particularly sparse. However, it does contain some very nice overviews of the tourist sites and temples and a few beautiful high quality pictures.
The book is absolutely fabulous!~ It is loaded with bright colour pictures of everything the traveler would want to see or know about, the information is clearly laid out and it is FUN to read! Delivery was FAST and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

The Eyewitness Travel Guide on Bali and Lombok does not only give a good overview on the islands but is also very visual (great photos) and illustrates nicely the various places to see on the islands, especially in Bali.

This book and others in the series make me feel like we are already there. The photographs along with the pertinent text give a palpable presence and make it a bit easier to make educated choices about all aspects of foreign travel.
