Great Invention. I practice Yoga by using this board along with the New Yoga game. I just bought a pack of rechargeable aa batteries , I already had a battery charger for my 3 yr old sons toys so that's how I power the board. Its wireless, durable easy to store. I go barefoot on it so as not to damage it or dirty it too much, saying that its easily cleaned with an anti-septic baby wipe, also the grooves that are cut into the board stop my feet slipping no matter how sweaty they may get, maybe some people have a different flat surfaced board with no grip/grooves cut in to it because I have read that some peeps out there are slipping and therefore have to buy some sort silicone cover to compensate for slipping. (no need to waste your money on that with this board) The Yoga is great, I do it in the living room, don't have to rush to get to a class on time, nor pay money for the class, there are different levels of intensity from absolute beginner to advanced, I find this an EXCELLENT addition/compliment to my martial arts training and feel unbelievable after each session, the game also has around 10 different meditation techniques which I first thought wouldn't work, but the really do.Sony and Microsoft have finally caught up with Nintendo only now they have brought out their versions on their more powerful systems, but Nintendo have been doing it for so much longer and their rivals are only copying their original blueprint.
