Panto - A very special episode in which PC Plum puts on a performance of Cinderella in the village hall. Miss Hoolie takes the starring role, with Archie and Plum as the Ugly Sisters. Includes 8 minutes not seen on television.
Snow - It's a snowy day in Balamory, and PC Plum is worried about Mrs MacLeod as she isn't able to go out. Archie invents a snow machine to turn her house into a winter wonderland.
Ice Skating - Josie Jump is off the the mainland to go ice skating and needs some music to listen to. Archie lends her his CD player, and makes some musical ear muffs. Spencer then teaches her about figure skating and they both have a great time, making lots of patterns on the ice.
Special Features
Features include Cinderella game, PC Plum sing-along, special introduction by PC Plum, Panto photo gallery Extra Episode: Storm in a nursery - Edie is planning to go sailing with PC Plum, but a storm is brewing and the sea is too rough to sail on. Poor Edie is very disappointed, until Josie cheers her up by taking her and the children on an imaginary sailing trip.

Well what can I say! This will be the sixth DVD in the Balamory collection. Following titles such as "What the story Miss Hoolie?" "Mysteries with PC Plum" and "Archie's inventions" I was not sure what would come next. But as soon as I saw that the BBC would be releasing "Balamory - Panto and other stories" I knew we would be in for a treat!
In this fun filled adventure we will see all our favourite Balamory characters dressing up in elaborate costume and taking part in a Christmas pantomime! We will see PC Plum dressed in drag, Edie as a butler, Spencer as Buttons and Miss Hoolie as a "Beautiful" Princess!
This DVD will make a perfect present for your child (or even teen) and will make the whole family role with laughter.
On a more serious note the Balamory collection, however comical, does provide children with a good source of learning material. The characters, unlike the teletubbies and the Tweenies, are likeable and speak fluent English.
This is a must have for any toddler... or do I mean student?

My son loves balamory and he loves this dvd and has watched it may times, it was very cheap too, so very happy all round and my son too :-)
