wonderful stuff, takes the ache out of painfull muscles, just don't get it in to open wounds or the eyes!! I would definitely recommend this to any one who suffers with sore tired muscles. and the items came promptly too. great seller.

My wife has sore knees from time to time, so I ordered this EXPENSIVE tiny little tin about 1 and half inch diameter, thinking that it would SAY ON THE TIN, that it would help. (you will worry when after you pay for this tin, plus mad postage that you hope you made right decision, then it is going to have to become mind over matter)
My wife felt nothing, after two applications (she is not insensitive either, bless her).
Yes, it smells nice, etc, but that was not why I bought it. I resorted to my old tube of MUSCLE RUB (rapidly running out, but was only able to buy in USA), that smells like Deep heat, and that did the trick. If you look up these tins, they have lovely little gimmicky pictures on the tins, pretty little pictures, but what was inside, texture of boot polish, was useless.

I bought this cream on the recommendation of a friend for my daughter who is 5 and suffers really bad growing pains in her knees. You don't need alot but it heats up and soothes the aches away and smells absolutely lovely. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence, you know I tell my daughter its going to make her feel better and so she believes me, but a friend who suffers tennis elbow used it liberally on her shoulder before going to bed and said when she woke up she had less pain and more movement then she had had in months. My husband now uses it after football, my son has used it for a minor calf muscle strain and I have now used it myself. I would NEVER EVER be without a jar of this in my bathroom cabinet - IT IS MAGIC IN A TIN!!!
