I read Sue Limb years ago after the birth of the my first of four sons and absolutely adored this series. I laughed out loud on London buses and tubes and now years later think that these books are absolutely priceless and still a joy to read. If you are a Mother or not enjoy. There are some excellent touches; especially for any women who stomach a partner who adores A Question of Sport! Sue has a unique gift of converting the ordinary instances of daily life into fun and helps us find a sense of perspective. In the intervening years I have rarely encountered a trilogy that has provoked such a sense of fun and that surely is what life is all about?

Sadly there may be a host of readers out there who have missed these comedy classics so I am saying in 2012 enjoy Sue Limb she is terrific company. Limb is talented, timeless and wise.

I love Sue Limb and wish she had written more adult books.This is a gem,hugely funny,real and beautifully written!
