A Bad Childhood is easy to come by, but you don't have any control over it. A Good Life after a Bad Childhood is not easy to create, but you DO have control over that. With the help of this thought-provoking and empowering new book, New York Times best-selling author, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, will enable you accept the truth of the assault on your psyche, understand your unique coping style and how it impacts your daily thoughts and actions, and guide you into a life of greater peace and happiness.

I Was The Victim 4 Feb 2006
By A Customer
I was the victim and have been trying over a period of time to heal. Having read books such as Nightmares Echo,A Paper Life and now Bad Childhood...I have found the means to regroup, find the inner courage and move forward with my life. I hope that through these wonderful books I will become a survivor. Bad Childhood is a well written and well documented book by this wonderful radio personality. Even if you have never experienced trauma from childhood, this book is a must read.
