A very easy to follow book with good tips about coping , infact the best I have read. The author deals with THE LONG HAUL.

In other books I partly read earlier , it said Oh on year 3 you may decide which car to sell .
This book starts at the raw bereavement stage , then goes on ..slowly
I love this author as she is funny as well. Feeling guilty? she helps with the answers

I am so pleased with this book. Contains so much useful information to help me with my bereavement studies. I also think it is a good book for anyone who is recently bereaved or suffering with anticipatory grief. It is a very easy book to read and the information is very clear. Written in a caring manner.

simple to read in the early days when concentration is not good. Don't agree with a lot of content towards the end. In the end you have to do what is best for you we are all different. Try Widow to Widow: Thoughtful,Practical Ideas for Rebuilding Your Live less patronising and tells it how it is.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good book 14 Feb 2013

This is a good book for those who are experiencing the loss of a loved one. I had high expectations for this book but it wasn't as good as i had hoped it would be but still gave me some good insights and information in how to deal with the loss of a loved one.
