This is a really great workout DVD, don't be put off by the less than exciting title! And it doesn't mean you have to have a bad back or posture problems before you need this DVD. It is all about prevention of problems as well as back health, strengthening and maintenance.
It is very stylishly shot, easy to follow and Joey Bull is an excellent presenter. She speaks beautifully, is engaging and motivational and - when you find out more about her at her own website - you realise how remarkable she is in her own right and how her thoughts, advice and techniques in health and fitness matters are always going to be worth hearing.
Bad backs blight most peoples lives at some time and cause massive mobility problems yet we never seem to know much about its specific exercise programmes. This DVD will be a big help I believe.
