This is a really great workout DVD, don't be put off by the less than exciting title! And it doesn't mean you have to have a bad back or posture problems before you need this DVD. It is all about prevention of problems as well as back health, strengthening and maintenance.

It is very stylishly shot, easy to follow and Joey Bull is an excellent presenter. She speaks beautifully, is engaging and motivational and - when you find out more about her at her own website - you realise how remarkable she is in her own right and how her thoughts, advice and techniques in health and fitness matters are always going to be worth hearing.

Bad backs blight most peoples lives at some time and cause massive mobility problems yet we never seem to know much about its specific exercise programmes. This DVD will be a big help I believe.

Bought this DVD to improve posture. Not only is it nice and relaxing, but also effective. I feel the need to sit/stand straight since doing this after a few days only! It's like my body remembers now and reminds me every time to keep my back straight. I do believe that it also takes strengthening the back and shoulders in order to see the results (by doing activities such as swimming), but this DVD is essential. Will get it for my parents too.

Amazon recommended this DVD to me and I have to say it was exactly what I need. I do have a thing about good posture but I also have a pre-existing back contidition which does cause pretty continuous aching and pain. This DVD, although I have only had it a few days, has encouraged some great habits that have really done the trick on my back. The pain has greatly subsided already and I have noticed that Joey's exercises incorporate some of the techniques I have been previously shown in my physio sessions, which really bolsters my confidents in her workout.

Of course, there's no magic cure and I'll have to keep up these exercises but but I do think this is a very high quality DVD with excellent advice. If you are looking for decent posture or you have back pain then this could be perfect for you.
