Can this be healthy and taste this good?

I've tried virtually all diets out there. This one (focusing on PH balance), has had the best impact on my health, and is the most satisfying! I like this book because it has a wide range of recipes. Decadent rich foods, all the way to lighter 100% green vegetable recipes. The raw pumpkin pie was a hit at Thanksgiving! The China Moon Vegetable Pasta with Coconut Lotus Sauce was so flavorful. The Green Gazpacho was too good for words. All of these recipes give me lots of energy!

She's DONE IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. I LOVED Shelley's Back to the House of Health 1 but now she's DONE IT AGAIN!!! This second one is packed with even more delicious and creative recipes. There are some from Shelley and some from a pH Miracle Recipe contest. The nutritional information was also a welcome addition. This is the way I want to eat for the rest of my life! There's even pudding made from avocados!! Vegan Chili is also a favorite. The incredible pictures of the food and people enjoying the food are also what makes this book a real treasure to have in my healthy kitchen
